April 2024 – Polystar Plastic Achieves Milestone with Third Alpine Co Extrusion Line Installation

We are thrilled to announce the successful installation of our 2nd Alpine 5 layer extrusion line, marking a significant achievement in our manufacturing capabilities. This installation, completed in November 2023, represents the third Alpine system set up at our facilities over the past 18 months.

This new Alpine 5 layer technical line is known for being precise and efficient with an ability produce a wide range of films such as stretch hooding, collation shrink film and films for lamination. It can produce an additional 4,500 tonnes of product each year.

This is part of our ongoing effort to improve our production and stay ahead in the plastics industry. The new equipment doesn’t just increase our capacity – it also helps us make high-quality products faster and more efficiently.
